How to Connect External Bluetooth Devices to the Transcend Car Box

Transcend Car Box have built-in wireless bluetooth. Users can connect external Bluetooth devices to the device to expand the uses of Transcend Car Box.

Here's the guide that you can follow:

 

1. Ensure WIFI is Enabled:

• Make sure that the wifi is enabled on the Transcend Car Box .

 

2. Turn On the External Bluetooth Device:

• Ensure that the external Bluetooth device is turned on and in pairing mode. This usually involves holding down a specific button on the device until an LED light starts blinking. Refer to the device's user manual for instructions on how to do this.

 

 

3. Access "Settings" on the Transcend Car Box:

• Go to the "Settings" of the Transcend Car Box. 

 

 

 

4. Select "Bluetooth" :

 

 

5. Find the Option to Connect BT mouse,OBD2 or Other Devices and Click it :

 

 

 

6. Pair the Devices:

• Click "Pair New Device".

 

• The device start initiating a scan for available devices. The external Bluetooth device should appear in the list of available devices.

 

 

• Click on the name of the external device in the list. 

 

• Follow any on-screen instructions to pair the devices. This may involve entering a passcode or confirming a pairing request.

 

 

 

7. Test the Connection:

• After the pairing is complete, test the connection by using the external device. For a game controller, try using it in a game.
• For an OBD2 scanner, launch the relevant app or software and check for a successful connection.
